Q. Is there any way to prevent osteo­arthritis? Or is it inevitable?

Osteoarthritis is a common medical condition. The risk of getting it increases with age, but it is not inevitable. When it does occur, it’s not always debilitating. Symptoms range from mild to severe. They may get worse over time, but not always.
