Arthritis may limit the amount of time you can devote to a favorite activity (before pain sets in, that is), but it doesn’t have to stop you from enjoying that activity. There are many workarounds that allow you to garden, even with its bending, ups and downs, and repetitive hand movements, all of which can tax arthritic hips, knees and hands.
